We would like to update you on the precautions and actions that PFS has been steadily putting in place over the past three weeks due to the fast changing situation of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak.
The health and safety of our people and customers during this period is our top priority. At this point, we do not anticipate any significant impact on our supply chain or our ability to deliver services, but we will continue to assess the situation and update our people and customers as appropriate.
We have established an internal COVID-19 taskforce to assess any potential impacts and to prepare for any escalation of our business continuity plans should they be required. The precautions and actions we are taking are in line with the advice provided by State and National Governments and the World Health Organisation.
PFS is committed to working with our people, customers, suppliers, stakeholders and the relevant authorities to listen, take advice and importantly, take decisive action to help people and organisations through this period.

Amazon & PFS are driving fulfilment costs down & delivering the best possible order experience for our eCommerce partners. Amazon is fantastic and allows you to retail absolutely everything. However, the retailer loses some control over the fulfilment of parcels, right down to the documentation and packaging that is used, because the Fulfilment By Amazon (FBA) option requires that all packages be shipped in Amazon boxes.
Using the latest in logistics technology, PFS proprietary software integrates seamlessly with Amazon and other eCommerce sites as a third-party logistics partner, warehousing and fulfilling our customers’ orders with personalised packaging, invoicing and marketing material.
